            David is an intelligent, caring agent with a strong passion for Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach.  He is a dedicated agent who enjoys working with people who love the area as much as he does.  David is proud to say that he has the patience, integrity and enthusiasm to assist clients with finding the perfect investments.

            David grew up in downtown Wilmington’s Historic District, but spent his fun-filled summers at Wrightsville Beach.  He loves to play golf and tennis when he is not surfing or boating.  He also enjoys seeing as much music as the area has to offer.  David has a long family history in Wilmington that goes back for generations.  He graduated from New Hanover High School in 2000 and then went on to earn a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Society from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2004. 

            David joined the Intracoastal team in the spring of 2005 and is proud to be a part of the top real estate firm in the area.  In March of 2009, David received his ABR® Designation (Accredited Buyer Representative).  Let David start working for you today!
