Since 1976, Intracoastal Realty has chosen to remain an independently owned and operated company, as opposed to a franchise, because we feel it is in the best interest of our clients and customers. Money spent on franchise fees, etc. can be used more effectively for our buyers and sellers in this market. Over 67% of real estate sold in America is handled by independent brokers, not franchise brokers. We feel that customers and clients come to us more often than not for our "local knowledge" and our honesty and integrity. We feel it is more important to focus on this quality of service than to be governed by a distant board of directors unfamiliar with our local economy and real estate market.

 

Our offices located at Lumina Station, Wrightsville Beach, Carolina Beach, Oak Island, Surf City and Topsail Beach, are conveniently located to meet the needs of our customers and clients.
